Confidence is a Superpower!

Updated: Oct 7

Confidence is like a superpower for kids! Confident kids are more likely to try new things, express themselves effectively, and perform better in school. At Rascals boosting confidence is what we do! We help our children build their confidence & this can make a huge difference in their lives. When children believe in themselves and their abilities, they can accomplish great things, overcome obstacles, and take risks.

At Rascals we boost our children's confidence with positive praise, enthusiasm & energy. So many parents comment on how attending Rascals has helped their child’s confidence at school. Their schoolteachers have noticed that they are participating much more in group discussions, putting their hand up and offering ideas & suggestions & not afraid to put themselves forward in group tasks. If your child struggles to get involved at school, attending a Rascals class will give them the confidence to believe in themselves & take part!

Encouraging your child to get physical will help massively in boost their confidence, whether it’s through joining a performing arts class or taking up a sport, moving your body will help the to move forwards in life! Having confidence will make them feel more comfortable and secure in their bodies which can lead to better physical coordination and athletic ability and will help to boost your child’s self-esteem!

We believe that our students can achieve great things & help them to believe in themselves too! Here are just a few more reasons why giving your child’s confidence a boost is so important:

  • Confidence helps children build and maintain positive relationships, leading to a more fulfilling and enjoyable life

  • Confidence can help children express themselves effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, leading to better relationships and stronger connections with others

  • Confidence can help children cope with stress and anxiety, improving their overall mental well-being

  • Confidence gives children the belief they can handle challenges and bounce back from setbacks, developing resilience.

If you are looking for a super fun way to help do all of this, then joining a performing arts class like Rascals could be just what you are looking for!
